2027 Enrollment & Renewal Changes For 2027, Marketplace enrollment and renewals through Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) will include additional steps to protect your information and confirm your authorization. To complete your enrollment or renewal, you may be asked to: Create or access your Marketplace account through our approved EDE platform. Complete identity verification. Authorize LIOR Agency, LLC and your agent to assist with your application. Review and confirm your household, income, and eligibility information. Review and approve your plan selection before enrollment is submitted. Your participation is required to complete the EDE process. LIOR Agency, LLC will guide you through each step and help make the process as simple as possible. CMS anticipates that many existing clients will need to re-authorize their agent for the 2027 plan year.
